Sandra has recently joined the team as a Leadership and management specialist. Sandra has wealth of experience at various management. Originally from a Restaurant and hotels background, she worked as a Training and Development manager before moving in an Operational Management role, where she used her skills to manage various regions within the Pub Division to deliver exceptional results for both her team and the business. For the last 12 years Sandra has worked within the work-based training sector predominantly, specialising in Team Leading and Management qualifications, although she also delivers Customer Service and Business Administration and has a passion and enthusiasm for helping people fulfil their potential within their chosen career, developing their skills and sharing her wealth of knowledge. In Sandra’s words ”it’s all about the people”.
