Leadership and Management specialist

Over a span of 20 years Tracey has sustained leadership and managerial positions at different levels and within a variety of industries including hospitality, retail and Government initiatives for ‘welfare to work’. This has involved taking responsibility for operational management through the delivery of business objectives and targets; continuously monitoring and improving performance and quality with the operation.

Tracey initially completed a 4 year Hotel Management course and worked in this industry for a well-known chain of hotels for 10 years and then after having children worked in retail management.

She moved into work-based training initially in 2001 as an Assessor for a period of 3 years and then returned as a Tutor in 2011. She completed the Assessors Award, a Level 4 qualification in Advice and Guidance and then progressed into teaching by completing her CTLLS. She has been effectively delivering a variety of leadership and management qualifications in an assortment of business sectors. She also delivers Business Administration, Customer Service and Warehousing qualifications.
