We recognise that apprenticeship programme is not always the best option based on the staff members working hours, cost pressures faced by employers to arrange back fill whilst staff members are getting trained and 20% off the job requirements amongst the many challenges that we come across in our discussion with employers. Due to this, we deliver a range of standalone diplomas, Care certificate and other programmes as an alternative.
